We do **not** require an account and we do **not** operate our own login or cloud save service. - Game progress and settings are stored **locally on your device**. - The App shows **third-party banner ads** through **Google AdMob**. - AdMob may collect device and usage information for advertising purposes. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown. - We do **not** sell your personal information. --- ## Information We Collect ### 1. Information stored on your device (by us) The App saves the following data locally on your device only: - **Game progress** — completed levels, unlocked chapters, and saved puzzle solutions. - **Settings** — audio volume, display preferences, haptics on/off, and similar in-app options. This information stays on your device unless you delete the App or clear its data. We do not receive it on our servers. ### 2. Motion sensor data (processed on device) On supported phones and tablets, the App reads motion sensors (such as the accelerometer and gravity sensor) to detect how you are holding the device so on-screen content can stay readable. This data is processed **on your device** and is **not sent to us**. ### 3. Information collected by third-party advertising The App displays banner advertisements provided by **Google AdMob**. When ads are shown or loaded, Google and its partners may automatically collect information such as: - Device identifiers (for example, advertising ID) - IP address - Device type, operating system, and app version - Approximate location derived from IP address - Ad interactions (views, clicks) - Diagnostic and performance data related to ad delivery We do not control exactly what Google collects. You can accept or decline personalized ads, or change your choice later where the platform allows. ### iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT) On iOS, the App may request permission to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites for advertising purposes. You can allow or deny this request in the system dialog. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us using the details below and we will take appropriate steps, including working with Google where ad-related data is involved. If your App is listed in Google Play's Designed for Families program or targets children, additional restrictions apply. Ensure your store listing, ad settings, and this policy match those requirements before publishing. --- ## Data Sharing We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared only in these situations: - **With Google AdMob** and its advertising partners, as described above, when ads are served. - **When required by law**, such as to comply with legal process or protect rights and safety. - **In a business transfer**, if ownership of the App changes (you would be notified where required). Because we do not operate backend accounts, we generally do not hold personal data that could be exported or deleted from our servers. Local game data can be removed by uninstalling the App or clearing its storage. --- ## Data Retention - **Local game data** remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. - **Ad-related data** is retained according to Google's policies and your consent choices. --- ## International Users The App may be used in different countries. Ad providers may process data in the United States and other countries where they operate. When we do, we will change the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
